A little belatedly - thank you so much for the extremely prompt delivery of the armoire and the wonderful customer service in arranging this to meet our schedule. After ordering it I realised that we were taking a trailer out to our holiday home sooner rather than later, and your staff were great in getting the furniture to us in time. We didn't even unpack it in transit, but I saw the armoire (back?) in France last week and it looks great. Thanks again and I will definitely check your site whenever we need anything else. It was a very fair price too.

This is just to confirm the safe arrival of the James sofabed. It's still "parked" in the hallway (while we are getting the upstairs room ready) and so we cannot pull it out properly due to lack of floor space but we've had a good look at it and can confirm that all is well, i.e. no rips, tears or stains. It's nice and compact piece of furniture and it looks like it can easily be taken apart so shouldn't be a problem to get up the narrow staircase. Brilliant! Thanks for the speedy delivery.

Thanks for popping round with the delivery yesterday and thanks for sourcing the items.
I put it together last night (very easy for a change) and it looks great. Both myself and Sarah are very pleased with it. As well as the small table having a soft close drawer the AV unit has got soft close doors too, I wasn’t expecting that so, that was a nice bonus.
It’s good to know you can source items such as this that are not listed on your website, I will continue to spread the word for you on where you are and try and put a bit more business your way if I can.
