Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart, these items can be removed later if you wish. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. We also have live chat so you can ask any questions whilst browsing our website.
We accept all major credit cards via our secure server. Once you have placed an on-line order, you will get an instant confirmation of the order and that the payment has been successful via e-mail.
Designer Furniture Ltd offers FREE DELIVERY to all of ENGLAND, small surcharges apply to Scotland and Wales. Overseas deliveries can be arranged. Please contact us for a delivery quotaion.
Please Note, we take the utmost care for delivering each item of furniture to our customers. The customer is responsible for making sure the walls, flooring, light fittings or any obstacles in the property are covered or protected when we deliver. Designer Furniture Ltd and any third party delivery partners can not accept any responsibility if any damage is caused as a result of your furniture being delivered.
We deliver to England, Wales & Scotland.
Deliveries to Scotland are charged at £45 for our standard delivery service.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands are charged at £65 for our standard delivery service.
Deliveries to Wales and charged at £35 for our standard delivery service.
Please allow between 7-14 days for delivery, depending on the current stock situation. For a more accurate delivery time or stock availability enquiry please call a member of the Sales Team.
To keep costs to a minimum we only operate one man delivery drivers per delivery vehicle. Your delivery driver will deliver goods into your home on a ground floor level. If you have poor accessibility to your front door please make sure you can offer assistance to our delivery driver if required.
On larger item's and all of our Designer Retro Chairs, we may send your goods via a carrier on a pallet who will deliver on our behalf. You will be notified on what day your delivery will be dispatched. Due to the size of a pallet, your goods will be dropped as close as possible to your door, please make sure you have the necessary help to get your goods into your home. Due to insurance pallet delivery and couriered goods drivers are unable to assist with the furniture once it has been unloaded and signed for.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all the goods you have ordered will fit into your home. It is essential that you check the measurements of all access areas e.g. doorways, hallways, stairs, stairwells, etc. to ensure delivery access will not restrict delivery. When you place your order you must inform us of any access restrictions or circumstances which may prevent a successful delivery being completed. We are unable to refund orders which cannot be delivered due to restricted access or the items do not fit the room.
Deliveries are normally executed as complete orders, and occasionally in several parts, in a case where the customer insists on part delivery for whatever reason, additional delivery costs incurred by the company may be charged to the customer.
We endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our delivery approximations however delays can occur when goods are being made and shipped from overseas and we will not accept claims, indemnification or cancellations of any current order in respect thereof.
We will always contact you via phone, text or email to confirm your scheduled delivery day, we also give out estimated timed delivery slots. Subject to traffic conditions on the day this could be affected. Please note it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for your delivery day.
If you cancel your order after we have taken delivery of your goods, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Information Security Policy
Your privacy is very important to us, and we take your personal information very seriously. We do not see, store or share any credit card information on our website, all payments are processed securely either via Barclaycard Merchant Services or PayPal. We do not sell or rent any of your personal identifiable information to third parties. We only disclose contact information to trusted third-parties for the delivery purposes of your purchase.
We want you to be completely delighted with any purchase from Designer Furniture Ltd and offer a 7-day money back guarantee. Should you wish to return your goods we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the goods. (Excluding original delivery charge if applicable & any collection charge if applicable)
Any returns must be notified to us via e-mail along with a follow-up phone call to our office within 7 days of the delivery date. The e-mail will need to have the following information provided, your order reference number, the product you are returning and the date you ordered.
You may deliver the goods back to one of our warehouse locations by prior arrangement or alternatively, we can arrange a collection at a minimum cost of £35 subject to location, which we will deduct from the refund amount.
The goods must be unused, free from damage and returned in their original packaging. The goods must be in a resaleable condition as brand new. If the goods are returned not in the condition for it to be resold as brand new goods, we will not accept the goods back and the refund will not be done. Please note we are unable to take back items that were delivered flat packed and have since been made up within the 7 days return policy, even if they have been dismantled
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.
Upon receiving back any returned goods, they will be checked over before we will refund your money, less any delivery/collection charges.
All furniture that we deliver is packed to a high standard. Our dedicated third party Home Furniture Delivery Specialists deliver a large percentage of the furniture sold, and are quite aware of the care needed for each individual item.
Once your purchase is delivered to your property it is your responsibility to unwrap and check your item for any damage. Our delivery drivers, and outside carriers will wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes for you to check that you are completely satisfied.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for damage once you have signed and accepted the delivery. Signing "unchecked" on the delivery notes will not be accepted in the case of a claim. Any claims for damages must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture within 24 hours of the original delivery along with a follow-up call to our office. Any claims after 7 days from your delivery will not be considered.
We take great care making sure that our prices and products are all up to date, however in the event that a product has been priced incorrectly we reserve the right to not make the product available for sale.
